Will my FabDrops, FabFloors or FabVinyl backdrop look just like the image shown on your site?
Many of the backdrops shown on our site are with models and may not show the same color because of the photographers shooting and post production style. The artwork printed may need to be adjusted to fit your backdrop size correctly so we may need to crop, scale or transform artwork to fit your backdrop. If you would like to see a proof before we print your backdrop, go ahead place your order and in the check out comments mention you would like to see a proof.
Will the color of my backdrop or floor match the same color I see on your site?
Please note that with all printing it is impossible to match the printed color exactly to your calibrated computer monitor, tablet, and phone. All monitors are calibrated differently and because of that we cannot control what colors you are viewing on your monitor, nor can we guarantee that the actual printed color will exactly match any preview as it appears in your monitor.
One of the main reasons the colors will not match identically is because you are viewing our website in RGB (Red/Green/Blue) and large format printers print in CMYK (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/Black), because of that the colors will shift and not be as bright. You can see an example below what happens when you convert a RGB picture to CMYK, notice the pictures become more dull and not as bright.
Can I return an item if I do not like it?
If you are unhappy with a item you can return or exchanged it to Fab Backdrops in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The following items are non-returnable: One-of-a-kind items such as Red Carpet Backdrops. FabDrops, FabFloors and FabVinyl will incur a 20% restocking fee when returned. Larger items such as 10'x20' FabDrops, 8'x8' & 8'x10' FabFloors will incur a 30% restocking fee. To learn more about the return process, click here.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please email us right away with pictures of the damage so we can open up a claim right away. We will then ship out a replacement as soon as we can. Please hold on to the original packing for 10 business days as the carrier usually picks it up in that time frame as part of the claims process.

We are open 10am - 6pm PST Monday - Friday and closed weekends. We are also closed for major holidays.
How do you ship?
We ship using UPS.
Will my backdrop be the exact size I ordered?
Most of the time your backdrop will be the exact size but please note that backdrops can lose up to 10% in width and height during processing, which includes hemming and adding a pole pocket.
What is the best way to store my backdrop?
FabFloors and FabVinyl should always be rolled and never folded which can cause wrinkles and creases. FabDrops should either be lightly bunched up in a ball or lightly folded for longterm storage.
What should I do if my FabDrops Backdrop is wrinkled?
If your FabDrops backdrop becomes wrinkled during shipping you can either use a hand held streamer or tumble dry on low to remove the wrinkles.
What should I do if my FabVinyl Backdrop becomes wrinkled?
To remove any wrinkles from your FabVinyl backdropyou have a few options:
1) Lay the vinyl backdrop out flat in the sun on an a flat surface for a couple of hours. A warm sunny window in your house can work wonders.
2) Use a hair dryer to gently heat the vinyl material, make sure it is on a flat surface and do not touch the hair dryer to the backdrop material.
3) Another method is to use a household clothing iron and heavy wet cloth. Lay the backdrop on a flat surface like an ironing board. Place a heavy cloth towel soaked in clear water over the backdrop. Then use the iron set to (cotton setting) medium heat to gently create steam and flatten out the backdrop.
DO NOT let the iron touch the backdrop material. Make sure that the towel is damp so that your backdrop is properly protected.
